Graham Montrose provides management consulting, commercial decision-support and implementation support services to the management and boards of its clients, under written engagements with defined scopes, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
What the practice does not provide
The firm does not provide, and clients must not rely on it as providing: legal advice; tax advice; audit, review or assurance services; financial product advice; investment advice; securities advice; broking or dealing; capital raising or fundraising; transaction execution; lead manager, arranger or corporate adviser services; formal valuation opinions; independent expert's reports; fairness opinions; or Quality of Earnings opinions or reports. Graham Montrose does not hold an Australian financial services licence.
Value-related analysis
Value-related analysis is provided as an Indicative Enterprise Value Analysis: it indicates a range of potential outcomes based on the assumptions, scenarios and information provided, for internal management and Board decision-support only. It is not a formal valuation. Actual outcomes may differ materially. No outcome, saving, transaction result, valuation or forecast is guaranteed. Management and the Board remain responsible for all decisions.
Internal decision-support only
Deliverables are prepared for the client's internal management and Board use. They are not prepared for third-party reliance, and are not to be provided to lenders, investors or acquirers for reliance purposes without prior written consent. Clients should obtain their own legal, tax, audit, valuation, financial product and other professional advice where required.
